Delete your PAUSE account

In the app (fastest)

1. Open PAUSE and go to Profile.
2. Tap Privacy & your data.
3. Tap Delete my account, type DELETE and confirm.

Your account and everything linked to it (Pauses, check-ins, cravings, reflections, rewards and settings) are deleted from our database straight away. Our hosting provider may keep encrypted backups for a short period before they are overwritten.

By email

If you can’t open the app, email support@pausehabits.app from the address you signed up with, with the subject “Delete my PAUSE account”. We’ll delete your account and data within 7 days and reply to confirm.

Guest data

If you used PAUSE without an account, your data is only on your phone. Delete it in the app (Profile → Privacy & your data) or by uninstalling the app.
